Your first project is a Residential High Rise kicking off in Jan 2025!

THE ROLE
Manage all commercial and financial requirements for the project Management of Head contract negotiation, variations and progress claims Management of all sub-contract procurement, letting and ongoing variations and claim processing Monthly cost reports and budget forecasting Assist with PCG meetings, programming and design as required Be a key contributing member of the project team EXPERIENCE/SKILLSET
2-4 years post-grad Contract Administration experience on new build High Rise/Large Commercial projects $20m+ Degree-qualified in Construction Management, Quantity Surveying or similar Proficiency with common cost reporting and job management systems as well as Microsoft suite Technical building knowledge, understanding of trade packages Understanding of BIF Act, contract terms and legislation PACKAGE
