Playing a pivotal role within the Management team, you will focus on driving traffic, increasing conversion, and delivering actionable insights on customer acquisition – you'll help steer the future of our high-profile online business.
You will also focus on: SEO Strategy & Optimisation: Lead the ongoing optimisation of the website architecture and technical execution of SEO strategies to grow organic traffic and improve conversion rates. Ensure on-page and technical SEO are optimised to improve rankings while staying current with search engine algorithm changes and best practices. Adapt to AI-driven search advancements to maintain strong visibility on emerging platforms. Performance Analysis & Reporting: Utilise Adobe Analytics to track traffic trends, evaluate the impact of SEO initiatives and assess the website performance, including conversion rates, product performance, and revenue. Regularly provide actionable insights and reports to key stakeholders, identifying areas for improvement and initiatives to meet sales targets. Google & Third-Party Platform Optimisation: Oversee and enhance the company's presence on third-party platforms and Google, driving referral traffic and increasing brand visibility. Manage external partnerships to maximise engagement and traffic acquisition. Vendor Relationship Management: Manage relationships with key vendors, assessing the effectiveness of current tools, platforms, and services. Recommend improvements or new solutions to drive better results. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with Retail, Marketing, Merchandising and Content teams to ensure that traffic acquisition and conversion strategies are fully aligned with business goals. To be successful you will have: Experience in e-commerce traffic acquisition with demonstrated success in driving traffic growth, improving conversion, and delivering measurable results. Proven expertise in optimising technical SEO to drive improved rankings and stay ahead of evolving search engine algorithms. Strong analytical skills, with experience in performance auditing and data-driven decision-making with strong proficiency in using Adobe Analytics. Skills in managing vendor partnerships and evaluating solutions to drive performance improvements. Strong communication and leadership skills, with the ability to influence and align priority initiatives with broader business goals. Experience in collaborating with cross-functional teams – including retail, marketing, customer service, operations, content and merchandising, UX and website development teams. The ideal candidate will be analytical, collaborative, and results-driven, with expertise in SEO, performance auditing, and e-commerce growth strategies.
