Full Time Position with weekend work essential Guaranteed base earnings + attractive commission The Harvey Norman Port Macquarie Technology & Entertainment Team is seeking a passionate, customer service focused Sales Consultant to join them in delivering Great Service, Always! to their customers.
Who we are looking for:
Must be confident and able to communicate effectively with customers Possess a 'can do attitude', be focused and can work in a fast-paced environment You have an interest or passion for technology products; a general knowledge is all that is required You are a team player and work well in a team environment An understanding of sales, budgets, and KPIs would be preferable Ability to work 5 days a week including weekends is essential About the Role:
Your primary job will be sales and to achieve budgets with KPIs A large part of your role is to sell mobile phones and connect customers to the Optus network Providing customer service by going above and beyond Constant training involved to help improve your product knowledge Cashiering as well as assisting customers at the photo lab Assist with customer repairs and receiving of stock Assist with merchandising and updating sales tickets regularly Flexibility across retail trading hours including weekends, public holidays, and late-night trades What we offer:
