Every year we recruit thousands of casual workers to help us deliver an outstanding service to growers and customers.
As part of our Human Resources team, you will support our harvest recruitment activities.This role will see you based out of the International Towers on the harbour foreshore of Barangaroo at one of Australia's most progressive workspaces and one of the world's most sustainable commercial precincts.
It is also Australia's first large-scale carbon-neutral community.
A hybrid working pattern is on offer.Key responsibilities of this role;Using a prominent HR information system, SAP SuccessFactorsApplying recruitment screening practices to ensure the right candidates are in the right positionValidating legal right to work and advising on various Australian visas.Engaging with business stakeholders to support their people resourcing.Understanding and applying enterprise agreements.Supporting employees through the recruitment process to be operationally effective on day one.Is this for me?Yes, if you have an interest in HR or recruitment.Yes, if you want to gain experience in the above areas.Yes, if you have some background experience or study in HR or a related field.Yes, if you have attention to detail and are willing to pick up the phone to talk to someone new.Ready to apply?
