About the role Organise and manage the Tasmanian berry harvest, ensuring safe, efficient and timely operations. Main Responsibilities (must be demonstrated in your application letter/resume) Providing performance feedback on quantity and quality production Establishing agreed yield forecasting methods Execute crop maintenance tasks when required Ensuring all reports understand their role and responsibilities Discussing order and customer requirements with the Site Operations Manager Adhering to all company policies and procedures
