The role: As a Casual Harvest Backhoe Operator, you will be required to operate a variety of machinery to harvest our product while focusing on the safety of your team, the prawns, and yourself. This could involve operating a variety of site machinery including backhoes, excavators, skid steers, moxies, graders, tractors, and trucks.
Responsibilities: Skillfully operate machinery to safely extract and transport prawns from our aquaculture ponds to our processing facilities.Deliver high-quality work while maintaining a safe and productive work environment.Deliver civil works needs as required when harvest timing allows.
