Specifically, this role will be accountable for the delivery of all assigned maintenance and services tasks to achieve all contractual obligations around safety, performance, quality, communications and special school projects.

Featherbrook College, Point Cook - required to travel to other sites in the North West region.Bannockburn P-12 College, Bannockburn - required to travel to other sites in the Geelong region. ABOUT YOU:
Experience in handyman repairs, trades assistant, carpenter or similar trade backgroundAbility to supervise Project Work or related discipline.Experience in the delivery of FM services where subcontractors are used for reactive and planned maintenance.Monitor and evaluate the performance of subcontractors.Familiarity and understanding of domestic building statutory obligations, codes of practice and Building code of Australia.ABOUT US Our Social Infrastructure & Citizen Services business provides end-to-end facilities management and asset lifecycle support services for Australia's critical social and economic infrastructure.
