Hands On Bakery Supervisor/Manager

We are seeking a hands-on manager to control and oversee all aspects of production and to manage a small team.
We produce hot savoury items as well as cakes, slices, tarts, etc.
We are seeking an experienced person to provide leadership, coaching, and support to the team and manage all day-to-day operations of the bakery including stock levels, purchasing of raw materials, and supervising production to ensure orders are fulfilled.
As we are a small team, the manager will be hands-on, working as required and contributing in a very practical way.
Responsibilities include:
Leadership and day-to-day management of the teamQuality ControlFood SafetyInvolvement in overseeing and coaching team members on every step of the production cycle as required: mixing, proofing, baking, cake decorating, packing, etc.The successful individual will have a demonstrated and proven ability to work unsupervised, remain calm, and manage a team of diverse individuals in a bakery that values teamwork and respects diversity and the contribution of every employee.
