Role Responsibilities: Design, develop, and modify the ServiceNow platform to optimize NSD business processes, including ITSM, ITBM, and SPM modules. Develop and maintain Salesforce as a case/matter management platform, utilizing native applications, custom workflows, and APIs. Collaborate with various mission partners to integrate data repositories and enhance system functionalities. Ensure the seamless operation of CRM system. Required Skills & Experience: 10+ years of experience with CRM systems development. Proficiency with the configuration, support, and maintenance of ServiceNow. Proficiency with the configuration, support, and maintenance of Salesforce. Bachelor's Degree required; advanced degree preferred. Salary & Benefits: Competitive salary: $80,000 annually.
