The Statutory Insurance Victoria team - comprised of approximately 60 team members based in Melbourne - acts for a large number of employers in the management of workers' compensation claims and litigation and has a thriving recoveries practice.
The successful candidate will manage and advise on a wide range of workers' compensation matters. The role will work closely with and learn from an experienced team of partners and senior lawyers and will have access to administrative support.
About you You will ideally have the following skills and experience:
3+ years' post-admission experience in statutory insurance, including management of workers' compensation common law and/or statutory benefits; The ability to handle an active workload with competing timelines; Clear, concise legal writing skills; About us Hall & Wilcox is a leading independent Australian law firm.
