Our Government Recruitment team is growing quickly and with a presence in Victoria, NSW, SA and ACT, we are hiring a number of experienced Consultants to support our growth plans.
You may be an experienced Principal Consultant or Manager who knows what it takes, or you may have leadership experience and are keen to develop your skills further. We'd love to hear from you and chat.
So, what's the role? We are looking for true business development Consultants, people who love building relationships and thrive on winning new business. Our team are present on the majority of the key federal, state and local government panels with a huge database full of warm contacts just waiting to connect. You will be responsible for developing new business opportunities, building a top candidate network and building strong relationships to achieve success.
What do we need? You will likely have 3+ years end to end recruitment experience within a recruitment agency environment and of course a track record of success.
You are positive, back yourself and are a self-motivated team player. You'll be fun to be around and have an entrepreneurial flare and won't be scared to push the envelope.
