Beyond the initial greetings, you will proactively anticipate and fulfill guests' needs, going the extra mile to provide personalised attentive service and the execution of In Room Dining service. Your dedication to delivering exceptional care will be evident in every interaction, aiming to exceed guests' expectations and make their stay truly exceptional. Another essential part of your role will involve offering expert recommendations on local attractions, restaurants, events, and activities. These recommendations will be thoughtfully tailored to suit the individual preferences of each guest, enhancing their overall experience during their stay. As an Overnight Guest Service Attendant, you will embody our 'live extraordinary' guest experience culture and exceed the heightened expectations of luxury and indulgence that we have promised our guests.
What you will look like? As an ideal candidate for this role, you will bring a proven track record of delivering exceptional customer service and creating memorable guest experiences within the luxury hotel industry. Holding a Full Driver's License, you will have the confidence and expertise to handle various types of vehicles, including manual transmissions. Your phone etiquette will be warm and inviting, and your written and verbal communication skills will be of the highest calibre. You will exercise the utmost discretion and professionalism when providing in-room dining services, ensuring responsible alcohol service is discreetly maintained at all times in line with our commitment to guest welfare and the highest standards of hospitality.
About the process Our recruitment process will involve an Interview, Driving Assessment and Functional Assessment. All applicants must possess a full driver's licence (not a P1 or P2 licence).
