About the Role As a Guest Service Agent you will be the first point of contact for our guests during overnight hours. You will be responsible for ensuring a smooth and pleasant stay for guests while handling any inquiries or issues that may arise during the night. Your commitment to excellent customer service will play a vital role in ensuring a positive and memorable experience for our guests.
Some of the responsibilities include: Manage guest arrivals, departures and reservations ensuring a high level of accuracy.Provide exceptional customer service, addressing guest enquiries and requests promptly while resolving complaints efficiently.Perform cashiering tasks, including foreign currency exchange, payments, and check-outs accurately.Support the Landing Place Restaurant team with various tasks, as required.Ensure cleanliness and maintenance of public and back-of-house areas.Assist with maintaining security of the hotel and its guests and be familiar with emergency procedures.Comply with health & safety regulations and company policies to ensure guest satisfaction, safety & security.QualificationsQualifications: Previous experience in a similar role, preferred.Proficiency in Opera hotel management software and basic computer skills.Comfortable working overnight shifts, including weekends and holidays.Detail-oriented with the ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment.Strong attention to detail and a commitment to high-quality standards.Must be reliable, responsible, and trustworthy.Ability to work independently and as part of a team.Good communication skills and a friendly demeanor.What we offer With enriching work comes amazing rewards!
