About the role ACA have the opportunity for a GTO Manager to join our team, this role is vital in facilitating the development of the workforce with ACA, supporting apprentices and trainees in their career journey and contributing to the growth and success of the ACA business. We work across multiple industry streams with a particular strength in Health and Aged Care
Key duties include:
Strategy – Developing and Implementing strategic plans and objectives for SA to align with ACAs strategic goals and industry trends.Business Development & Key Account Management – Driving sustainable growth for the GTO business and being the main point of contact for key accounts to ensure excellent service and renewed business.Financial Management & Reporting – Managing the budget, ensuring financial stability and reporting key figures and trends to senior management. People Management – Attracting, retaining and developing staff and creating a high performing team. About you The main requirement for this role is extensive prior experience working in a GTO in SA. If you have a strong background in Health and/or Aged Care it will be looked upon favourable, but strength in other industries is still of interest.
Other key requirements of the role:
Strong Communication Skills – both written and verbal. Commercially astute – As in key duties, you will have responsibility for the budget, you need to be financially and commercially savvy. Strong Leadership – proven track record of leading a high performing team.
