We are looking for a Growth Product Manager who is passionate about driving product success and scaling growth through strategic innovation.
Role Overview:
As our Growth Product Manager, you will lead the charge in defining and executing growth strategies that fuel our company's expansion.
You'll work at the intersection of product development, user experience, experimentation, and data analytics to identify growth opportunities and optimise our product offerings. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment and are excited about the challenge of driving growth through experimentation and strategic insights, this role is for you.
Our team follows a hybrid model working out of our office in Cremorne, so we'd love to see applications from those based in (or willing to relocate to) Melbourne.
Key Responsibilities:
Growth Strategy Leadership:
Define and lead our end-to-end growth strategy, aligning with company objectives and driving significant impact.
Identifying Product Opportunities:
Identify and act on opportunities for learning, product enhancement, and conversion rate optimisation by analysing business, market, and customer data.
Data-Driven Decision Making:
Utilise data, user research, and market analysis to inform decisions at every stage of the growth process.
Team Leadership:
Motivate and empower your team, fostering professional development and ensuring alignment with our product vision.
Cross-Functional Collaboration:
Work closely with different teams to maintain a high standard of brand and product outcomes.
Process Improvement:
Critically evaluate and enhance processes for identifying growth opportunities and implementing change.
What You'll Bring to the Role:
Proven product management skills in consumer facing products.
A strong understanding of the growth lifecycle, from ideation to execution.
Experience applying experiment design, data analysis, and ideation to a the growth lifecycle.
Experience in user research, marketing, conversion optimisation, growth loops, product requirements, and UX design.
Proven ability to lead teams, clear blockers, and drive long-term motivation and alignment.
A collaborative mindset, with a focus on helping the team achieve its goals rather than being right.
Strong communication skills, with the ability to articulate user needs and psychology to drive alignment across teams.
A proactive approach to promoting the company's values in all product and team decisions.
