This position is perfect for a self-starter with a passion for blending creativity with data-driven decision-making.
Focused on delivering impactful programs for B2C audiences and existing members, this role will help shape the hub's presence in the tech-health space.
As a Growth Specialist, you'll be a key contributor to go-to-market activities, performance analysis, and strategic initiatives designed to enhance customer acquisition, engagement, and retention.
With opportunities to collaborate across teams, influence decisions, and explore emerging trends, this role offers exposure to both the creative and operational facets of growth.
You'll work at the intersection of innovation and collaboration, engaging with stakeholders across Atom's squads and external partners to push boundaries, foster experimentation, and contribute to a truly transformative health experience Your impact: Assist in implementing a comprehensive growth strategy, ensuring alignment with the team's ambitions and goals.
Collaborate on the execution of go-to-market (GTM) plans to launch the Hubs new brand and services for both members and non-members.
Support the execution of cross-sell campaigns and retention programs, ensuring a seamless delivery across the design, build, and implementation phases to drive customer loyalty and long-term value.
Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to effectively deliver squad objectives.
Support the monitoring, analysis, and reporting of key growth metrics and marketing channel performance.
Contribute to building a collaborative Hub Community by facilitating workshops and sessions that promote connection, knowledge sharing, and best practices.
Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging technologies to identify opportunities and maintain a competitive edge in the tech-health space.

You will stand out to us if you have: Campaign experience: Experience crafting end to end campaigns preferably using Salesforce Marketing Cloud.
Initiatives: Hands-on experience supporting growth initiatives for digital products and services, with a particular focus on customer engagement, retention, and cross-sell strategies Digital Tools Proficiency : You're skilled in using digital marketing platforms, particularly Salesforce CRM system, and data analysis tools to optimise campaigns and uncover insights.
Data-driven smart: A sharp eye for analytics and a love for problem-solving.
Multitasking magic: Proven experience juggling multiple projects at once, experience in health tech highly advantageous.
People power: Strong communication and influence skills to navigate stakeholders at all levels.
