Join the team as our first Growth Marketing Manager and become an integral part of our digital clinics, Polln and Hazel.
As a Growth Marketing Manager, you'll be at the forefront of driving our digital clinic's rapid expansion, developing and executing impactful acquisition campaigns across multiple channels.
You'll combine data-driven insights with creative strategies to optimise performance, ensuring our growth engine remains powerful and effective.
The ideal candidate is a seasoned growth marketer with a strong passion for innovation, always seeking new and engaging ways to capture attention and boost engagement across various platforms.
About You If you're a Growth Marketing Manager with 6+ years experience, fuelled by a genuine passion for driving growth, problem-solving, and taking ownership of your work, we want you on our team.
You're a results-oriented team player and you're excited about building your career within a national digital health organisation.
You've got strong analytical, project management and communication skills, and you have proven success in a customer acquisition or lead generation role.
You're a creative thinker who's not afraid to try new things and have a strong understanding of digital marketing principles, A/B testing, marketing automation, and analytics.
You thrive in a fast-paced environment and you're excited to work across a variety of projects and brands simultaneously.
Experience in the healthcare industry is a plus.
This is a full-time position (5 days per week) based in Hawthorn, Victoria.
Salary commensurate with experience.
Key Responsibilities Develop and implement data-driven strategies to increase new patient acquisition, utilising all available channels including but not limited to digital advertising, social media, SEO, email marketing, referral programs and affiliate marketing.Continuously explore, test, and optimise acquisition channels to ensure we stay competitive and effective in driving growth.A/B test acquisition tactics (such as ad copy, landing pages, targeting and creative) to improve conversion rates and minimise drop-offs.Identify and establish partnerships with relevant digital platforms, influencers, and organisations to drive acquisition.Identify and target key demographics to optimise outreach efforts.Create, manage, and optimise the marketing funnel from awareness to conversion.Collaborate with the product, marketing, and content teams to ensure effective patient journeys across all touchpoints.Track, measure, and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) including patient acquisition cost (PAC), lifetime value (LTV), and conversion rates.Use analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, HubSpot) to monitor campaign performance, refine strategies, and identify new growth opportunities.Stay up-to-date with healthcare industry trends and analyse competitors' strategies to identify opportunities for differentiation and growth.Required Experience & Qualifications: 6+ years of experience in growth marketing or customer acquisition roles, ideally within the healthcare, wellness, or tech industries.Proficiency in SEO, content marketing, and other inbound marketing strategies.Strong analytical skills with experience using tools like Google Analytics and CRM systems (HubSpot).Knowledge of healthcare advertising regulations.Because we put our people and our patients first.
