The RoleThe Growth Marketing Manager is a strategic role focused on driving sustainable growth, optimising revenue channels, and enhancing customer value.
The Growth Marketing Manager is responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive growth strategy that spans customer acquisition, product adoption, customer success, and long-term customer loyalty.
The role requires a visionary leader who can analyse market opportunities, build strategic partnerships, and ensure alignment across Marketing, Sales, and Customer Success to drive growth across the customer lifecycle.
Key ResponsibilitiesGrowth Strategy and ExecutionDevelop, implement, and continuously optimise a data-driven growth strategy across all customer-facing departments to achieve the company's revenue and customer expansion goals.Identify new markets, partnerships, and product opportunities that can drive scalable and sustainable growth.Collaborate closely with executive leadership to align growth initiatives with broader company objectives.Customer Acquisition and Customer SuccessDevelop strategies for enhanced customer engagement, ensuring alignment between product capabilities and customer needs to improve customer lifetime value.Implement customer segmentation to allow targeted and tailored marketing campaigns.Oversee the creation of sales and marketing campaigns that expand market reach and increase brand visibility.Collaborate with Marketing, Sales, and Customer Success teams to ensure an integrated, cross-functional approach for new business acquisition and customer engagement.Lead the development and refinement of playbooks and processes for customer acquisition, onboarding, engagement, and retention.Define and track key performance metrics to monitor and enhance strategies, including Feature Usage Stats, Cost of Acquisition (CAC), Customer Lifetime Value (CLTV), and Churn Rate.MarketingDrive content strategy to establish the company as a thought leader in the industry, producing high-value resources that attract and educate potential customers.Oversee the creation, management, and optimisation of digital assets, such as the website, landing pages, digital ads, videos, and downloadable content, ensuring all assets align with the brand and effectively engage target audiences.Utilise search engine optimisation, organic content strategy and social media content to attract and educate stakeholders.Revenue OptimisationCollaborate with Finance and Management to forecast, track, and optimise revenue streams, ensuring growth is sustainable and aligned with financial objectives.Define and implement pricing and monetisation strategies that support both acquisition and retention goals.Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) and benchmarks to track and analyse revenue performance and growth metrics.Cross-Functional AlignmentServe as a bridge across Marketing, Sales, Customer Success, and Product teams, ensuring seamless collaboration and alignment on growth-related activities.Lead and mentor growth-focused teams, fostering a high-performance culture that is innovative, data-driven, and customer-centric.Provide regular updates and insights to the Management team and board on growth initiatives, revenue performance, and customer success metrics.Key QualificationsBachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field; MBA or other relevant advanced degree is a plus.5+ years of experience in growth, marketing, sales, or customer success roles within the SaaS industry.Proven track record of driving growth in a high-growth or scaling SaaS environment, with expertise in customer acquisition, retention, and revenue optimisation.Strong understanding of SaaS business models, customer lifecycle management, and data-driven growth strategies.Strong understanding of SaaS metrics, such as CAC, CLTV, churn, and feature adoption, and how they contribute to growth.Key CompetenciesStrategic Vision: Ability to envision long-term growth and translate it into actionable strategies.Customer-Centric Mindset: Deep understanding of customer needs and focus on delivering value across the customer journey.Data-Driven: Strong analytical skills and the ability to leverage data for decision-making.Cross-Functional Collaboration: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and align stakeholders across all levels of the organisation.Adaptability: Comfortable in a fast-paced, high-growth environment with shifting priorities.Change Management: Understand how to identify and navigate objections to change.Interested?This is a great opportunity that will offer you long-term personal and professional development with competitive compensation.
