We also practice a culture of consistently reflecting and celebrating our wins and achievements with one another.The roleWe have a 6-month opportunity, where as part of the Marketing Team, you'll be responsible for building and managing end-to-end performance-based marketing campaigns across various digital channels to drive high-quality traffic to the website and increase conversions in the sales funnel.You will work closely with the Head of Sales and Marketing to manage the sales queue, ensuring alignment between marketing efforts and operational capacity.ResponsibilitiesHere's an example of your day to day:Manage business sales performance on a day-to-day basis and use campaign levers to address any performance gaps or challenges.Collaborate with Operations Team Lead to manage the sales queue in alignment with operational capacity, ensuring smooth lead conversion from marketing to operations.Drive high-quality acquisition channels via online and offline platforms, including paid search, display, social and programmatic TV/radio.Manage digital projects: Leverage insights, customer feedback, and an understanding of sales funnel optimisation and the customer lifecycle to develop, execute, and manage marketing activities that drive traffic to the website and increase conversions.Apply test methodologies in all marketing campaigns to test hypotheses and recommend performance optimisations – including creative and landing page.Develop campaign briefs to define program objectives and KPIs, optimising campaigns to maximise ROI, and analysing results to create PIRs (post-implementation reviews).Use a data-driven approach: analyse data to provide insights on business performance that will feed into future marketing strategies.Monitor web analytics dashboards and key reporting tools, highlighting key areas of importance for marketing improvements.Maintain detailed marketing and sales reports and provide ongoing reporting on sales performance and campaign results, including spend, profitability, and ROAS (Return on Ad Spend).Conduct accurate sales forecasting based on marketing activity, analysing data trends, lead generation metrics, and conversion rates to predict future sales performance.RequirementsHere's what experience we need from you:Degree qualified (Marketing, IT, Computer Science or any other related fields)At least 5+ years experience in a B2C data-driven/digital marketing role (preferably in eCommerce, financial services, fintech sector)Fluent in written and spoken business English (essential)Good knowledge of marketing technology tools such as Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, Google AdWords, Bing, Google Optimisely, Campaign Manager, Meta Business Manager, YouTube, HotJar, and MaxTraffic.Good working knowledge of Salesforce and WordPressA strong grasp of web analytics, A/B testing, and metrics driven (performance) marketingCommercially driven and customer centricOutstanding ability to think creatively, identify and resolve problemsAttention to detail and the ability to effectively multi-taskThe ability to synthesize complex ideas into actionable recommendationsStrong project management skills - being able to manage multiple projects within deadlines and budgets.Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence.Can do approachWhat we can offer youGlobal exposureOffice weekly breakfastsSnack barContemporary office with great facilitiesFriday happy fridgeVarious team building eventsA true people first and family cultureEmployee assistance programDevelopment opportunitiesHybrid working model - with flexible work from home arrangementsSound good?We all think so at IPF Digital.
