About the Role As a Growth Account Manager, you'll drive regional growth by managing and expanding our portfolio of businesses. Your role spans nurturing existing accounts, identifying growth opportunities, and strategizing to boost revenue. You'll be crucial in introducing evolving Deliverect solutions to businesses, fostering long-term relationships, and ensuring customers' business success.

Your ImpactAnalyze account performance metrics to identify opportunities for cross-selling and up-selling Deliverect products. Focus on tailoring solutions to meet specific client needs and objectives.Collaborate with internal teams, including Marketing and Sales, to develop and execute effective growth strategies aligned with client requirements. Leverage market research and client interactions to inform these strategies.Build and maintain strong client relationships, positioning yourself as a trusted advisor. Proactively identify opportunities to optimize clients' use of the Deliverect platform to drive business growth.Leverage customer usage data and advanced analytics tools to gain insights into usage patterns and behaviors. Use these insights to identify opportunities for efficiency improvements and additional value.Develop insightful reports and presentations that demonstrate the tangible return on investment (ROI) delivered by Deliverect solutions. Highlight the impact on client operations, efficiency, and revenue growth.Lead contract renewal negotiations, leveraging a deep understanding of client needs and market dynamics. Secure mutually beneficial agreements that drive client satisfaction and foster long-term partnerships.Your ExpertiseBuild strong client relationships, fostering trust and rapport.Communicate effectively with clients and internal stakeholders.Understand the order management industry, customer needs, and challenges.Advocate for customers' needs and interests with internal stakeholders.Demonstrate a deep understanding of Deliverect's product portfolio and value proposition.Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling Deliverect's products and features.Leverage customer data and analytics to identify growth opportunities and trends.Possess in-depth knowledge of APIs, integrations, POS systems, and third-party delivery services.Additional InformationFluency in English is required. Additional language skills, particularly East Asian languages, are a plus.This is a full-time position based in Sydney, Australia.The role requires a work arrangement with 4 days in the office and 1 day of work from home.
