Viterra is currently seeking a Customer Service and Administration Officer to join our grower services department.About the roleWorking as part of the team, you will be the primary point of contact for our valued growers.
Your role is crucial in ensuring a quality experience for our customers.
You will work closely with growers to provide support, information, and solutions to meet their needs and enhance their experience.This role also provides an exciting opportunity for someone who is interested in technology.
In this role, you will be working with our internal and external stakeholders to maintain and continuously improve our Viterra App, enhancing user productivity and satisfaction.DutiesListen to our growers, providing timely and accurate information from our range of systems including our digital and online products and services.Establish and maintain strong relationships with growers, grain brokers, consultants, and end users, via phone and/or email.Work as part of a team to continue developing Viterra's digital platforms to meet business and customer needs.Undertake administration related to regional site grain deliveries.Purchase grain and pulses from growers, brokers, and/or consultants.Undertake day-to-day support activities within the Salesforce CRM system.About usWe are Viterra, connecting Australian growers with domestic and international consumers through our world-leading, fully integrated agriculture network.
