All about the role: The Group division of Helloworld Travel Ltd specialises in arranging trips for groups of 10 up to 400 for a diverse range of clients in Australia and overseas.
Based in our head office in South Melbourne, the Group's team have an exciting opportunity for an experienced consultant to join their dynamic team.
As the new Groups and Cruise Consultant, you will: Provide exceptional customer service over the phone and via email. Organise quotations and book group travel arrangements for our international and domestic wholesale clients. Provide local assistance while the groups are in the country. Prepare and accurately issue invoices, receipting payments and maintaining financial documents. All about you: In order to be successful in this role, you will:
Have knowledge and experience with travel bookings and possibly with groups. Have knowledge of the Tour plan booking system. Possess knowledge of computer skills and the ability to confidently learn new computer systems. Be driven, highly motivated and an efficient organiser. Have exceptional attention to detail and good writing skills. Possess over 12 months of unrestricted work rights within Australia.
