ROLE OUTLINE The Performance Coordinator is a foundation role, establishing operational excellence in a range of biddable practices.
You are responsible for supporting day-to-day work that delivers effective campaigns, ensuring best-in-class consistent implementation, optimisation, and reporting.
You are highly analytical, have an acute attention to detail, and excited to work with market leading partners & technologies.
Most importantly, you are passionate about deepening your knowledge of all aspects of the biddable industry.
KEY RELATIONSHIPS Collaborating closely with internal teams Establishing strong relationships with relevant media, data, and technology partners Foster deep trust and understanding with agency client teams Contribute to great teamwork in your immediate team WHAT YOU SHOULD SPEND YOUR TIME DOING People - 15% of your time Positively contribute to daily or weekly team meetings, proactively managing any workload or delivery concerns Develop strong, trust-based relationships with your team, operating seamlessly together to deliver success for our clients Build strong communication skills across all facets of your work, and respond well to guidance & feedback from your manager and team Product - 50% of your time Support the team in all aspects of biddable delivery, from setup & implementation to troubleshooting, optimisation, and pacing Establish foundational expertise in each of the major technologies that GroupM employs, able to perform tasks autonomously and accurately across a diverse range of campaign outcomes Produce timely, accurate, and insightful reports across your client portfolio Client - 10% of your time Establish an understanding of client challenges, objectives, and initiatives Join your manager in meetings with data & technology partners, vendors, amongst others, to stay abreast of the latest opportunities for your clients Work collaboratively across all teams to maintain the highest levels of client service and satisfaction Commercial - 25% of your time Deliver accurate and timely reconciliation of campaigns in line with best practice and with exceptional attention to detail Ensuring all financial and compliance processes are followed with 100% accuracy, including (where relevant) bookings, loadings, and resolving account queries Develop a high-level understanding of the different products and offerings across the business, their roles, and unique advantages WHAT MAKES A GREAT PERFORMANCE COORDINATOR Attention to detail: you register little-to-no errors in your work, you perform tasks with care Organisation: you meet deadlines, handling expectations effectively ahead of time Team & collaboration: contribute to shared goals, supporting fellow employees Communication: responding to requests in a timely manner, with written & verbal communication that is consistent with our values and behaviours Analytical: confidently manage basic information for day-to-day tasks Flexibility: you adjust work practice and assignments based on feedback and priorities Proactivity/taking the initiative: show purposeful self-development, and a sense of urgency, motivation, and tenacity in achieving objectives Problem solving: confident in approaching problems, you break down issues to find underlying root cases GroupM Nexus
