As the Group & Tours Coordinator you will ensure the effective coordination and administration of all group and convention bookings, ensuring customer satisfaction is met and hotel revenue is maximised.
Generate and develop sales leads and contact potential clients to build business relationships Research local competition and potential business opportunities Manage each groups schedule to maximise yield Build strong relationships with customers, Guests and Team Members in order to gain full understanding of their needs and work to serve them effectively Ensure the complete administration and execution of all planned group stays Ensure a sales attitude is adopted at all times and maintain an awareness of all sales opportunities within the hotel What are we looking for?
Excellent organisational and administration skills High level of attention to detail Positive attitude and good communication skills Commitment to delivering a high level of customer service Confident telephone manner It would be advantageous for you to demonstrate the following capabilities: Knowledge of hotel property management systems Previous experience in a Groups or Reservations function Grow your career and travel the world with Hilton!
