Your role as Team Leader will be to support the Store Manager with the daily operations of the store and lead your team by example to deliver an exceptional sales experience to our customers.
What we are looking for: Previous experience working in a fast-paced retail environmentLead your team by example to deliver an exceptional sales experience to our customersChampion maturity, initiative, and a sense of urgencyAbility to translate your passion for books and magazines into sales!Excellent written and verbal communication skillsExperience with basic inventory procedures (like receiving stock, checking stock levels in system, or picking stock orders) is essential.Experience with books, magazines and newspapers is highly desirableAs we operate in a dynamic airport environment where our stores are constantly trading, the ability to work a rotating roster incorporating early mornings, late nights, and weekends is essential.
