About the role We currently have an exciting opportunity for an experienced and collaborative Talent Acquisition Coordinator to join our friendly Human Resources team.
You will be responsible for working within the HR team and wider business to lead and execute talent initiatives and manage the end-to-end recruitment process.
What will you do? Liaise with hiring Managers across the business to establish role requirements, developing strong relationships and offering advice and guidance.Determine applicant requirements and fit to role by studying the position description and relevant qualifications, skills and attributes.Take part in the full recruitment life cycle, including sourcing, preliminary phone screens and interview coordination with hiring Managers.Place job advertisements and source candidates through a variety of different channels including, internal data base searching, online job boards, LinkedIn, Social Media sourcing & campaigns and referrals to source and attract the best candidates to join the JPL team.Manage some administration relating to recruitment processes including conducting reference checks, sighting relevant qualifications, certificates and checks.Maintain and create attractive job postings to build a pipeline of inbound resumes through a variety of channels.Pro-actively build a talent pool of potential candidates.Approach and recruit talent utilising tools such as Seek talent search and LinkedIn.Deliver recruitment process analytics and reporting.Identify difficult job vacancies and investigate to deliver the best recruitment approach for them.What skills and experience do you need? Solid experience within a similar recruitment role, preferably within a retail environment.Formal HR qualification; degree or certificate preferred.Experience in managing high-volume recruitment activity in a large organisation.Proactive sourcing techniques for difficult to fill positions.Be a "people person" with exceptional communication, interpersonal and telephone skills, with strong attention to detail.Positive attitude, self-motivated and enthusiastic.Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.Advanced skills in Microsoft Office applications.Competent with planning and prioritising your workload independently.Team and customer service orientated.Ability to achieve outcomes with minimal direct supervision.Demonstrate fairness in the recruitment process by treating people with dignity and taking a balanced view.Ability to manage multiple job vacancies concurrently.Benefits: An attractive salary package.Generous Team Member discount across all jewellery brands.Great support for personal growth and professional development within your role.The opportunity to be part of a dynamic and family-like company culture.Conveniently located near public transport.Onsite parking available if required.Being a privately owned and family run company, you'll work in a 'hands-on' and supportive office environment in Summer Hill 5 days per week, where multi-tasking is the norm and continuous improvement is an integral part of our DNA.
