Remuneration & Benefits (Human Resources & Recruitment)Full timeSupport the annual remuneration activities across the Wesfarmers GroupEngage with and support the remuneration teams within our businesses, and prepare consolidated remuneration reporting and analysisFlexible, supportive work environment and work from home optionsFull-time permanent role based in Melbourne or PerthAbout the teamAt Wesfarmers Corporate Office, our Executive Remuneration team is a small team, primarily focused on executive remuneration and employee share plans across the Wesfarmers Group.What you'll doReporting to our Executive Remuneration Manager, and also supporting the Employee Share Plan Manager, you will work closely with key stakeholders to support the effective delivery and governance of remuneration frameworks across the Wesfarmers Group.Key responsibilities include:Support the delivery of remuneration processes across the Wesfarmers Group, including the annual remuneration cycle for the Wesfarmers Leadership team as well as the delivery of our employee share plansReview and interpret executive remuneration data for peer companies in the ASXSupport the development of annual remuneration activities across the Wesfarmers Group, and prepare consolidated remuneration reporting and analysisProvide advice and support to the HR and remuneration teams within our businesses in relation to remuneration, employee share plans and mobility servicesDeliver monthly Wesfarmers Group HR and D&I metrics reporting and analysis, and support projects to optimise data collection and reportingProvide ongoing support to the Executive Remuneration team, for example, with the remuneration report, ad hoc projects, preparing reports, research, analysis, salary surveys and benchmarkingWhat you'll needPrevious experience working in remuneration, including exposure to broad remuneration activities such as annual remuneration reviews, variable remuneration plans, benchmarking, job evaluation methodologies (Hay and Mercer) and salary surveysIdeally you will have prior experience in corporate employee share plansIntermediate/advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and WordExceptional communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationshipsHigh levels of numeracy and data analytics skills with strong attention to detailExcellent prioritisation and organisational skillsBe accountable, and a motivated self-starter with a good ability to problem solve and project manageAbout WesfarmersAs one of Australia's largest listed companies, we're proud of our longstanding contribution to Australians.
