The Opportunity As part of our ongoing national expansion, we are excited to announce the creation of a new role: Group Quality Manager. This national position will play a key role in ensuring the highest quality standards across all our operations.
The Role As the Group Quality Manager, your key responsibilities will include:
Leading the quality team on a national levelDeveloping, implementing, and maintaining company quality standardsSetting and overseeing customer service standards and communicating findingsEnhancing production, process, and system efficienciesMaintaining thorough documentation of system efficienciesCreating and managing quality control processes and addressing quality issuesPreparing and delivering quality reportsAbout You You will need to bring:
A strong awareness of safetyCritical thinking skills for evaluating solutions to problemsExcellent organizational and time management abilitiesOutstanding verbal and written communication skillsA high level of responsibility, honesty, and integrityA supportive attitude toward raising concerns and respecting othersA commitment to fostering a diverse work environment and sharing knowledgeStrong attention to detailQualifications and Experience To excel in this role, you should have:
A BSc/BA in business administration or a relevant field, with postgraduate qualifications in QualityOver 5 years of experience in quality managementProficiency with precision measuring toolsCertification in quality control (e.g., ISO 9000 & 45001) is a strong advantageStrong knowledge of calibration and the ability to read blueprintsExcellent communication, presentation, and organizational skillsThis is a full-time positionA full medical examination is requiredPolice clearances are required for this positionIf you are ready to shape this new role and drive quality excellence in our expanding operations, we invite you to apply.
