About the role As the Group Product Manager - Omni-Channel Experience, you will play a pivotal role in shaping and executing Coles' loyalty strategy.
Your focus will be on enhancing customer retention, engagement, and satisfaction through seamless omni-channel experiences.
You will oversee the end-to-end customer journey across our Web and App platforms, ensuring that our loyalty programs and digital initiatives drive significant value and impact.
Key Responsibilities: Develop and execute a comprehensive OMNI channel strategy in collaboration with the customer team to drive retention and engagement.Oversee the integration of Coles strategy, digital wallet, and loyalty programs to enhance customer value and lifetime value.Ensure a seamless, integrated user experience across digital and in-store touchpoints.Collaborate with key stakeholders to achieve critical OKRs, including Monthly Active Known Visitors (MAKV), and identity management.Lead and manage large-scale customer loyalty initiatives, ensuring successful delivery and impact.Utilize advanced analytical skills to track and optimize customer experience metrics, KPIs, and OKRs.About you and your skills Experience: Minimum 5 years in a product management or leadership role, with a focus on loyalty programs and omni-channel experience.Proven Track Record: Demonstrated success in managing and delivering large-scale customer loyalty initiatives.Leadership Skills: Extensive experience in cross-functional team management and stakeholder engagement.Digital Expertise: Strong background in digital product management with a history of integrating digital and in-store experiences.Education: Relevant Tertiary Degree in Commerce, Marketing, or a related field.Skills: Advanced Excel knowledge, strong analytical skills, and proficiency in digital product management tools and methodologies.Metrics-Driven: Understanding and experience in delivering customer experience metrics (KPIs) and OKRs.What's in it for you?
