JOB DESCRIPTION We've been trusted to serve Aussie communities since 1914 and grown to become a top 30-listed on the ASX with 120,000 team members and a portfolio of iconic brands.At Coles Group, you'll not only get to make a difference to millions of Aussie lives—you'll also get to see your impact.Group Product Manager (121005) Want to discover opportunities that challenge you?Connect to a career that can take you places?Inspire millions of Australians to lead healthier, happier lives?eCommerce is where you'll find the freedom, support, and inspiration to do all that and more.We're the team at the heart of our digital transformation – the ones creating the unified experiences and inclusive services our customers want and need.Open.Innovative.It's our eCommerce team that are redefining what we do, how we do it and why.So, we can build a digital offering fit for every Australian.So, we can shape the future of retail for better.So, we can find more ways to sustainably feed our nation – today and tomorrow.Our Online Network and Growth team within our Digital function is growing and we are looking for an experienced and passionate Group Product Manager to join the team.About the Role In this role you will lead the ongoing development of immediacy channels at Coles and will be responsible for creating a product strategy and roadmap that delivers high quality customer experiences and improves business metrics.You Will You will be accountable for the results (customer/business outcome) of your squads and be skilled in translating business process and customer insights into product concepts and solutions.This includes defining the product vision, strategy and roadmap and responsible for end-to-end execution of initiatives from discovery to delivery You have extensive experience leading complex cross-functional initiatives and have the ability to foster and maintain relationships with stakeholders to ensure transparency and alignment around backlog and priorities.You will be required to gather, manage and prioritise product requirements across multiple squads and ensure all are heading towards an overarching goal.You have exceptional skills translating business process and customer insights into product concepts and solutions and can build consensus by default and drive hard decisions when needed.You will create and own your P&L and commercial strategy and have expertise with top level inputs & metrics in order to accurately identify problems.You are highly collaborative and have exceptional people management and communication skills and previous experience managing one or more product managers and their respective squads.This includes mentoring product managers and utilising creative methodology to improve team culture and product processes.You are commercially driven with strong strategic experience and a customer centric approach to your work.You have a strong understanding of digital retail or on-demand delivery space and have a consistent history of delivering measurable results for both users and the business.You Have •    A minimum of 6 years' experience as a Product Manager or similar or in strategy/consulting or Digital retail •    A consistent history of delivering measurable results for both users and the business •    Experience developing & mentoring Product Managers and contributing to the Product Chapter •    Experience supporting digital channels in large, complex organisations;
