As a result of constant execution of strategy the business has experienced solid and maintainable growth.
Due to this growth there are several large-scale projects the Finance team are spearheading.
One of these, the implementation of SuccessFactors, will be lead by the Group Payroll Manager.
The role:  Reporting to the CFO, your duties will include, but are not limited to: Lead the payroll team to deliver accurate, compliant and timely payroll for c.3000 employees Facilitate coaching and mentoring for the established payroll team Review and approve all fortnightly pay runs Be actively involved in the implementation of a new payroll system Maintain / create payroll operations policies and procedures Work closely with the executive team and contribute where necessary Build and maintain strong partnerships with internal teams to ensure active involvement in strategic process improvement Build a culture of strong customer focus and continuous improvement Your Profile As an ideal applicant, you will have: High level of previous experience in a Payroll Manager role Fundamental experience running a large payroll of 1000+ employees System implementation experience is a must (SuccessFactors preferred)  Ability to engage effectively with personnel across the business and externally Knowledge of applicable legislations as required Proven ability to work under pressure to meet deadlines Experience working in a dynamic and diverse corporate environment Confident and strong communicator Why Join?
