The role
Crown Resorts is seeking a Group Manager Risk to join our dynamic Risk Management team.
This role provides proactive, professional support and guidance to Group Services functions, ensuring adherence to Crown's Risk Management Strategy (RMS) and supporting frameworks.
Reporting to the Head of Risk Management, you will work closely with stakeholders at all levels across the entire enterprise to ensure a consistent and effective approach to risk management across the organisation.
This is a key role in overseeing risk management within both financial (e.g., Tax, Finance, Credit Risk, and Fraud) and non-financial (e.g., Customer & Digital Office, People & Culture, Legal) areas, while also providing advice on corporate-level projects and initiatives.

Some of your key responsibilities:
Provide support and guidance to stakeholders across Crown, ensuring compliance with Risk Management Strategy (RMS) and associated frameworks.
Oversee risk monitoring, reporting, and control effectiveness across financial and non-financial risk areas, ensuring timely resolution of issues.
Advise on risk management for corporate projects and initiatives, ensuring key risks are identified and managed effectively.
Facilitate risk management training and promote a positive risk culture across the organisation.
About you:
A degree (or higher qualification) in Business Management, Law, or a related field.
Extensive experience in Risk management roles at ASX listed or large, highly regulated companies.
Proven track record of managing key controls to mitigate risks and meet compliance obligations.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to aggregate and analyze data to provide insightful reporting on business operations and decision-making.
Excellent communication and influencing skills, with the ability to engage stakeholders at all levels and provide guidance on managing material risks.
