Your Role The Group Manager Financial Reporting and Analysis is primarily responsible for the monthly financial reporting for the Group, preparation of the monthly Financial Performance Report, coordination of the annual budget and quarterly forecasting process, management and maintenance of the 10 year financial model.
The role will also be responsible for the provision of strategic support to the Deputy Chief Financial Officer as required across the group.
You will lead and manage the ongoing evaluation, analysis and development of accounting and finance service support functions, innovation of process design and transactional activities, to ensure services evolve to meet internal stakeholder current and future requirements aligned to delivering long term strategic value to SJGHC.
You will have extensive experience in working with executive and senior management, in a finance capacity with high level influencing skills, along with a relevant Degree and CA / CPA qualification.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a demonstrated ability to work with Senior Management in a large complex commercial organisation to negotiate outcomes and deliver results will ensure your success in the role.
