Our Opportunity Reporting into our Group People & Capability Manager, this role will provide support to our Head Offices, Retail Operations and RFC/OFC teams in the design and delivery of all leadership and development programs and frameworks for The Sussan Group. As a true business partner, you will be working to build the capability, skills and experience of our teams with your enthusiastic and impactful approach to facilitation, learning and development.  You will ensure our Group L&D strategy is implemented in alignment with our Group purpose and goals and work with our teams to deliver innovative learning solutions.  With demonstrated experience across the full cycle from scoping and designing through to implementing and managing learning and development strategies and initiatives, you will love being a part of the continuous growth of our team members. Your previous exposure and demonstrated experience in understanding, developing and applying adult learning principles will also support your success in this integral role.  Key responsibilities will include: Develop and execute a comprehensive learning and development strategy for the Group in conjunction with Group People & Capability Manager and Group People & Community Partnerships Manager. Collaborate with senior leaders across the Group to identify current and future. training needs and design, deliver or source programs as required. Support in the delivery of our Diversity & Inclusion goals. Design, deliver and evaluate innovative learning and development programs & initiatives to engage and develop team members. Identify and implement best practices in training and development, and continually evaluate and improve the effectiveness of our programs. Maintain and update programs based on business requirements, researching and utilising best practice to keep programs effective. Identify opportunities to implement Digital Learning & Communication initiatives. The successful candidate will have: Experience in a Learning & Development function within a Retail (or similar) business Demonstrated facilitation skills and L&D program design Tertiary qualification in Learning Design and Development or similar qualification Experience in Learning Management Systems/Digital learning and SCORM Excellent listening and communication skills Strong relationship building capabilities  Why work for The Sussan Group?
