About the role: Reporting to the Warehouse Supervisor, you will provide effective and compliant warehouse and distribution services and accurate parts advice and administrative services to Liebherr standards working a Monday to Friday day shift roster. You will develop relationships and build trust with stakeholders.DutiesOperate lifting equipmentPick, pack, and dispatch ordersUnpack and check stockReceipt and dispatch itemsInspect and maintain itemsSupervise, support, and train staffMonitor the effectiveness of parts processes including stock control and inventoryManage staff work allocationManage the core return process with site for major componentsArrange parts – ordering, receipting, inspection, and allocationRaise sales ordersQuote componentsCalculate charges along with invoicing of jobsData entry of component change out informationMaintain existing freight relationshipsSkills & ExperienceCertificate II in Warehousing & Storage or 2-5 years' industry experienceCertificate III in LogisticsRelevant parts experienceAnalytical skills, attention to detail, and sales skills including up-selling experienceHigh Risk Forklift Licence LF, DG, RIA good understanding of computers with the ability to learn new systems quicklyA strong customer focusCurrent Driver's LicenceExperience in monitoring stock control and inventory processesKnowledge and understanding of heavy machinery and componentsSound knowledge of Microsoft OfficeGood communication skillsHighly customer service focusedHow to ApplyPlease apply via My Success.
