With three locations in Melbourne and rapid national expansion, including multiple club launches planned in the next 6–12 months, we are seeking a highly experienced Head of Hospitality to elevate our operations and drive excellence and consistency within all of our GWG clubs.
The Role As the Head of Hospitality, you will oversee and elevate all hospitality operations, systems, processes, across our service offerings across SAINT and SAINT HAVEN clubs.
Reporting directly to the COO, you will be responsible for ensuring that every touchpoint within our hospitality spaces reflects our unwavering commitment to excellence.
From the front-of-house experience to the seamless integration of food, beverage, and service delivery, your role will set the benchmark for excellence in service in private wellness clubs.

We are looking for a fierce and emotionally intelligent leader who can create systems and formulas to support consistency in excellence in service across all clubs.
Key Responsibilities Strategic Leadership Develop and implement a world-class hospitality strategy that aligns with GWG's vision for 6-star luxury and transformative member experiences.Lead all hospitality functions across multiple club locations, ensuring consistency, excellence, and innovation in service delivery.Actively contribute to the leadership team, offering insights and expertise to support overall business objectives and future club launches.Operational & Service Excellence Design and refine operational systems, processes, and standards to optimise efficiency while maintaining excellence in service delivery.Oversee the seamless integration of food, beverage, and hospitality experiences across all locations.Work with kitchen team to manage vendor and supplier relationships, ensuring premium quality, reliability, and alignment with GWG's standards.Lead pre-opening projects for new clubs, including recruitment, training, and operational setup of hospitality zones within our clubs.Recruit, mentor, engage and inspire high-performing hospitality teams, fostering a culture of excellence, collaboration, and accountability.Deliver advanced training programs to ensure every team member embodies GWG's excellence in service ethos.Conduct regular performance reviews and implement professional development initiatives for team growth.Member Experience & Engagement Act as the ambassador for hospitality within the clubs, engaging with members and ensuring feedback is captured and actioned to improve service.Collaborate with the broader leadership team to align hospitality offerings with member expectations and brand standards.Develop and manage budgets for all hospitality functions, ensuring profitability without compromising quality.Monitor and analyse key performance metrics, including revenue, cost efficiency, and member satisfaction.Identify and implement secondary revenue opportunities within hospitality operations.Drive a culture of upselling in effective ways that fosters deep care for our members.You + Your Experience We're looking for a hospitality guru who thrives in luxury, high-pressure environments.
You will bring unparalleled expertise, an eye for detail, and a passion for creating unforgettable member experiences.
10+ years of experience in luxury hospitality, preferably within high-profile brands, hotels or private clubs.Proven track record of success in senior hospitality leadership roles, overseeing multi-site operations.Deep understanding of premium service delivery, luxury trends, and member-focused innovation.Exceptional financial acumen, with experience managing budgets and driving profitability.Experience building standards and operationalising them for continued success.A natural leader who inspires confidence, excellence, and collaboration.Obsessed with detail and uncompromising in delivering 6-star service in the hospitality space.A passion for wellness, luxury, and hospitality that aligns with GWG's ethos.Employee Benefits We believe in rewarding excellence and offering a workplace as exceptional as our service.
