We are currently seeking a Group Financial Controller to join us on a full-time basis, based in Sydney. You will hit the ground running by using your technical accounting knowledge and commercial experience to lead our finance team. Our team prides themselves on working collaboratively to provide financial shared services to support all departments across the business. Reporting to the Chief Financial Controller, you will have full responsibility for operational accounting systems and processes across our international group.
Day to day you will:
Manage a team of 5 finance / admin staff as well as outsourced service resources in the UKExecute accurate and timely preparation of divisional and group monthly financial reportingManage cash flow forecasting and management including proactive management of project billing, WIP and debtorsPrepare group budgeting in support of annual business planningManage all Australian, NZ and UK tax, regulatory compliance and reportingImplement appropriate internal controls through process improvementsManage payroll processing in 3 jurisdictionsManage group insurance coverManage property leasesManage relationship with external auditors in AU & UKResearch technical accounting issues to ensure complianceSupport the CFO as requiredOther duties as requiredAbout AlcidionWe're transforming healthcare together Alcidion develops innovative solutions that address the problems challenging healthcare organisations around the world today.
