Job Description Summary : The Group Influence & Partnership Director will lead the No.1 Havas Play (beauty category) retained client end to end. Key focus leading the influence and creator marketing strategy, managing all key stakeholder relationships. This role requires a strategic thinker with a deep understanding of social media trends, influencer marketing and brand collaborations. Leading the team in strategy, creative, partnerships, channel output, measurement where applicable, client presentations and post campaign reporting. Reporting to the Head of Content, the GID will also assist with leading the agency's thought leadership in influence marketing. The GID will directly manage the Influence Director, AD, AM, AE & Interns, and anyone attached to creating the campaign output.
We'll start with the important stuff – Havas's People Perks: Flexible Work Schedule: At Havas, we offer a flexible work arrangement with three days in the office and remote work on Mondays and Fridays.Summer Fridays: During the summer, we finish early at 3pm on Fridays so you can enjoy more of the weekend.Inclusive People Policies: We support our employees with various leave options, including birthday leave, wedding leave, two days for volunteering, Hava- Rest Day and many more perks industry leading parental leave.Havas From AnywhereKey Responsibilities: Internal and External Management Relations Set strategic direction for influence and partnerships, aligning with key team members.Build and maintain effective relationships with internal and external stakeholders.Lead and manage all partnerships, connecting Havas Play with Havas Media.Grow and manage key accounts with clear communication and strong presentation skills.Team Management Oversee the client account team including Influence Director, AM, Content & Creative Leads, and Account Executive.Collaborate on new projects, ensuring the team has the right resources and time.Foster a productive environment, manage training, and handle expectations for campaign output.Strategy and Creative Develop and analyse insights and data to inform strategic approaches.Manage all content projects and ensure creative work aligns with client objectives.Skills & Experience: Tertiary qualification or relevant industry-based course.8-10 years of experience in social/agency roles, with a focus on influencer marketing.Proven track record in strategy, data analytics, and managing influencer campaigns.Deep understanding of social media trends and influencer marketing.Strong leadership, management, and communication skills.Personal Attributes: Passionate about social media and influencer marketing.Self-motivated with the ability to work autonomously.Open to feedback and continuously looking to improve.Creative, analytical thinker with a solution-oriented mindset.Highly organized with strong problem-solving skills.Contract Type : Permanent
