Maintain and develop strong relationships with key clients, acting as the main point of contact.Serve as a strategic advisor to clients, providing insights and guidance on media and advertising strategies.Ensure client satisfaction by delivering high-quality work and exceeding client expectations.2. Team Leadership
Lead and manage a team of account managers and other professionals, providing direction, support, and mentorship.Oversee the allocation of resources across accounts to ensure efficient and effective delivery of services.Evaluate team performance, provide feedback, and identify opportunities for professional development.Oversee the development and execution of media and advertising campaigns, ensuring they align with client objectives and brand guidelines.3. Strategic Planning & Communication
Develop and oversee the implementation of comprehensive media strategies that align with client goals.Collaborate with other departments within the agency, such as creative, digital, and analytics, to ensure cohesive campaign execution.Encourage and foster a culture of innovation within the team to keep the agency's offerings competitive and forward-thinking.Provide regular updates and reports to senior management on account performance, business development activities, and team achievements.4. Financial Management & Business Development
Oversee the profit and loss (P&L) for the group of accounts, ensuring financial health and sustainability.Prepare financial reports and forecasts, contributing to the agency's overall financial planning.Develop and implement strategies to grow existing accounts and acquire new business.Lead and participate in pitch processes for new business opportunities, preparing proposals, and presenting to potential clients.Achieve revenue targets and profitability goals for the agency.What we are looking for
Experience Industry Experience: Extensive experience in the media and advertising industry, with a deep understanding of media planning, buying, and campaign execution.Client Management: Proven track record of managing high-profile clients and large accounts.Team Leadership: Demonstrated experience in leading and managing teams, including hiring, training, and performance management.Business Development: Experience in business development, including pitching for new business and expanding existing accounts.Strategic Planning: Experience in developing and implementing strategic plans and media strategies.Financial Management: Experience managing budgets, financial forecasting, and achieving revenue targets.Project Management: Experience overseeing the development and execution of complex media and advertising campaigns.Skills Leadership: Strong leadership skills to manage and inspire a team, set clear goals, and drive performance.Strategic Thinking: Ability to develop and implement strategic plans that align with client objectives and agency goals.Client Management: Excellent client relationship management skills to build and maintain strong partnerships.Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills for effective interaction with clients, team members, and stakeholders.Negotiation: Skilled in negotiation to secure favourable terms for the agency and manage client expectations.Analytical Skills: Ability to analyze data, market trends, and campaign performance to make informed decisions.Yugal Bhatia ( Yoogle )
