Sydney, NSW Bar & Beverage Staff (Hospitality & Tourism) Are you an established bartender/bar manager looking for your next career move? We are looking for a full timer to join the beverage team at the Trippas White Group.
Alongside exceptional spirit, beer and cocktail knowledge, the successful candidate will need to be highly organised, have experience in creating successful cocktail programs, and hosting exciting events with spirits partners.

KEY SELECTION CRITERIA Previous experience as a bar manager for a minimum of 2 years. Working in hospitality for 6+ years. Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work under pressure in a busy environment. Strong communication and organisational skills. Have full Australian working rights. Available to work weekends. Roster leans towards Tuesday - Saturday. A dual role between office and service - as a support and for quality control. Cocktail, beer, and spirit costings and budgeting. Brand Ambassador experience desired but not necessary. An opportunity not to be missed!
