Groundsperson / Maintenance Officer

GROUNDSPERSON / MAINTENANCE OFFICER  (Full-time, permanent position, commencing as soon as possible) The primary purpose of this role is the provision of a positive and safe environment for our staff and students in which there is obvious care for the physical resources of the College and a desire to provide, develop and maintain aesthetically pleasing surroundings.
We are looking for a team player, with hands-on general maintenance skills (i.e. carpentry, painting, plumbing, cleaning, gardening etc.) and a positive, professional disposition. Possession of a current Working with Children "Blue Card" is a requirement for this position. An existing bus driving licence (minimum medium rigid classification) is not a requirement but would be advantageous.
