About the Role We are currently hiring Garden Labourers to assist with various tasks related to garden maintenance.
This is a hands-on role that requires physical stamina, attention to detail, and a willingness to work outdoors in all weather conditions.

Responsibilities Assist with garden maintenance tasks such as hedging, weeding, pruning, and mulching.
Operate hand tools and power equipment safely and effectively under the guidance of experienced team members.
Load and unload materials, plants, and equipment from trucks and trailers.
Maintain cleanliness and organisation of work areas, tools, and equipment.
Follow safety protocols and procedures to ensure a safe working environment for yourself and your team members.

About You Previous experience in landscaping, gardening, or a related field is preferred.
Ability to lift and carry heavy objects, bend, squat, kneel, and stand for extended periods.
Willingness to work outdoors in various weather conditions, including heat, cold, rain, and the sun.
Strong work ethic and commitment to completing tasks efficiently and to the highest standards.
Ability to follow instructions and work effectively as part of a team.
Valid Drivers Licence White Card Working with Children Check, or willingness to obtain.
