About The OpportunityProgrammed's Property Services department currently has multiple Grounds Maintenance Operator positions to join our open space team. This is an opportunity to join an excellent team that provides grounds maintenance and development across our client sites. Working across the Western Sydney suburbs you will be responsible for the overall upkeep and improvement of the grounds and gardens.

Key Responsibilities
Ensure the sites are always maintained and presented at a high standard
Routine mowing and turf maintenance
Pruning and shaping across the grounds
Operate a range of mowers and other small plant equipment
Weed & pest control – spraying and manual weeding
Ensure compliance of all occupational health and safety processes and procedures
About You
To join our team, ideally you will have experience in gardening or landscaping, with a passion to provide quality work and a strong commitment to the safety of yourself and others. Additionally, you will have
Qualification or experience in horticultural parks and gardens, gardening and landscaping
Current driver's license & white card
Current working with children's check
Demonstrate a professional approach to the workplace
Execute work that is of a high standard
A strong commitment to and understanding of quality, environmental, occupational health, and safety management systems.
