About the Role We are looking for a Grounds and Maintenance Officer to attend to repairs and maintenance issues and maintain the appearance of the site.
Working unsupervised, you will be highly motivated and capable of providing a high level of customer service.
This position is casual, with the potential for additional hours to be picked up during peak periods.
Responsibilities Administer all repairs and or maintenance to tools, equipment and machineryRegularly check and attend to general repairs to accommodation and amenities; including fixing toilets and unhinged doorsEnsuring the sites are maintained and presented at a high standard at all timesGarden labour such as pruning, weeding, hedging and mowing are to be completed in a timely manner and of a high quality conditionEnsure the proper and safe use and storage of all materials, consumables and gardening equipmentStripping of beds & removal of all linen from Villas as well as cleaning and maintaining exterior of Villa windows, decking, pathways etc.Other tasks including emptying rubbish bins, and garden restorationAbout You Previous experience working as a handyman or in a maintenance positionDriver's LicenceAbility to work with limited supervisionGreat customer service skills teamed with a positive attitude and a strong attention to detailAvailability to work weekends and public holidays on a rotating rosterIf you wish to join a successful team in a growing company, please click on the Apply for this job button and submit your resume.
