The Role
We are looking for (3) casual Grounds and Maintenance Workers, located inland at Reflections Holidays, Copeton Waters .
The purpose of the role is to carry out maintenance and grounds work within the park and represent Reflections Holidays.
In this role, you will:
Undertake general grounds maintenance and minor repairs of site facilities as required.
Undertake cleaning of guest amenities.
Maintain gardens and trees to ensure a safe environment for visitors and employees.
Operate small plant and hand-operated equipment, such as ride-on mower, brush cutter, hedge trimmer, and other general lawn & gardening tools.
Undertake regular cleaning and maintenance of park vehicles.
Assist and direct visitors within the park.
Participate in ongoing internal and external training and development courses.
About You
To succeed in this role, you will have:
Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
Great teamwork and communication skills.
A 'can-do', solutions-focused attitude.
The physical ability to do manual work in all conditions.
Flexible availability to work including weekends, peak holiday seasons, and public holiday work.
Experience in a similar role is desirable.
