60 hours per fortnight - 4 Days per week Carinity – Brownesholme is looking for a Grounds and Maintenance Officer to join the team.
The Grounds and Maintenance Officer carries out building and equipment maintenance as well as ensuring the service's gardens and grounds are in a presentable condition at different sites.
The role demonstrates a problem-solving approach to planning, implementation, and evaluation of work situations.
This role is a part-time position (60 hours per fortnight - 4 Days per week)
What do I need for the role?
Knowledge and/or significant experience in the maintenance, carpentry or building field.
Knowledge of and experience in gardening and groundskeeping.
Knowledge of Workplace Health & Safety Standards and requirements relevant to the role.
Ability to use a ride-on mower.
Experience maintaining similar small machinery/equipment to those used in our services.
Proficiency in the use of Office 365, including Excel, Word, Outlook and Internet.

About Carinity Brownesholme
This role works across our Toowoomba cluster, including a Residential Aged Care, a Home Care Office and a Retirement Village.
Brownesholme Residence is located in Highfields, just a short drive from Toowoomba and close to all amenities.
