We are currently looking for a dedicated and enthusiastic Team Leader/Supervisor to be an integral part of our fantastic team at our new Click and Collect location in Lavington.
Responsibilities:Lead, motivate, and guide a team of fantastic individuals to ensure smooth daily operations.Foster a positive work environment while upholding our company's core values.Oversee the preparation and presentation of our meals, ensuring they meet our high standards of taste and quality.Identify training needs and provide coaching to team members to enhance their skills, knowledge, and understanding.Deliver exceptional customer service, addressing feedback to ensure our guests have a memorable and satisfying experience.Monitor inventory levels, place orders, and optimise stock to minimise waste and maintain cost-effectiveness.Uphold strict adherence to health and safety guidelines to ensure a safe and healthy environment for staff members and customers.Requirements:Previous experience in a supervisory or managerial position in the food industry is preferred.Strong leadership abilities with the ability to motivate and inspire a diverse team.Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, to interact effectively with staff, customers, and management.Greenstreat offers equal opportunities for everyone who applies to join our team and those who work for us.
