The Opportunity: Greenhouse is looking for an Account Executive on a fixed-term contract until the end of December. This person is responsible for the coordination of integrated advertising projects and support across administrative tasks.
A snapshot of what you'll do: Gain a deep understanding of the client's business at an operational level Actively monitor the competition and keep the team informed on market trends and new competitor activity Actively seek to participate in internal training & external educational opportunities – particularly focused on agreed areas of development Coordinate project resource, ensuring key departments and stakeholders are aware of project scope, timings, and budget Accurate and timely filing of documentation Coordinate the wider Account Management team to ensure that timings are met each month for revenue analysis and forecasting Plus much more! Skills & Attributes: Work experience as an under-graduate, or experience working as an Intern or Account Executive level in an Advertising, PR, Marketing, Communications or similar environment Worked in a multi-disciplinary team environment Experience working on advertising campaigns and comms projects is ideal Strong time management and organisational skills Knowledge of Advertising: TV, radio, print production, sponsorships & other emerging media including digital; web, email, mobile What WE value MOST: Walk in different worlds Make Uncommon Sense Run Towards the Fire (except if there is an actual fire when we run away from it) Roll as one Be excellent to each other Best Bits About Working With Us: Our big benefits fuel our big ambitions.
