About the role:You will be the project coordinator leading the establishment of the safe haven cafe and urban health centre at the Green Park Hotel site. Your primary objective is to plan and project manage the establishment of these services. This includes collaborating with stakeholders to create effective models of care, staffing profiles, and communications plans and participating in the development of the design and layout of both the cafe and centre.

About you:You will bring your own experience with development and/or implementation of models of care to this role, and you have a strong background in project management/coordination and understanding of the health care industry. This is a critical role in supporting the organisation to realise its strategic objectives, specifically regarding expanding our Inner-City Health community programs. You have a demonstrated ability to communicate with staff of all levels with clarity and precision and have demonstrated analytical and conceptual skills.

Selection Criteria:1. Personal integrity and demonstrated commitment to the Philosophy, Mission and Values of Mary Aikenhead Ministries and St Vincent's Health Australia2. Demonstrated qualifications or equivalent experience in the field of project management.3. Developed skills in supporting and coordinating staff to progress complex projects.4. Demonstrated high level interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills including competency in Microsoft Office (MS Word, Excel, Powerpoint, MS Teams), email and project management software.5. Can demonstrate leading people through complex change and use of influencing skills.6. Demonstrated evidence of integration of theoretical knowledge, critical thinking and analysis in their daily work.7. Ability to be self-directed, motivated and work as part of a team.8. Demonstrated effective time management skills and ability to prioritise competing workloads within a complex environment.
