We're looking for an experienced Graphic Designer to join the Trenery team on a fixed term contract. This role is responsible for conceptualizing, designing, and delivering innovative, visually compelling assets across brand, marketing, digital, and visual merchandising channels. With expertise in creative thinking, typography, and design principles, the Graphic Designer ensures all outputs align with brand guidelines and reflect the timeless sophistication synonymous with Trenery.
Working closely with the Creative and Marketing teams, the Graphic Designer plays a vital role in crafting content that drives engagement, meets campaign objectives, and achieves digital and commercial goals. The role also supports pre- and post-production for campaigns, ensuring seamless execution from concept to delivery.
Key Accountabilities Conceptualise, design and execute creative communications, interpreting the campaign direction across all communication channels including email, website, social media, above the line advertising, public relations, packaging and visual merchandisingParticipate in all content planning sessions, bringing an understanding of emerging creative trends and competitor activityChampion Trenery's brand guidelines across all touchpoints and ensuring the wider team is inducted and they are adhered toSupport the art direction for Trenery campaigns and content shoots, including creative concepts, post-production elements, retouching, asset delivery and storage, ensuring assets are delivered on brand, on time and on budgetKeep abreast of emerging technologies, trends and digital design toolsKey Capabilities Extensive experience in a similar role, preferably within the fashion industry, working across graphic and digital designHigh level of understanding for responsive design across multiple devicesExemplary knowledge of graphic design applications including InDesign, Photoshop, Figma, Adobe Premier Pro and After EffectsKnowledge of workflow management systems such as Monday.comPassionate about creative and designWillingness to learn, display initiative and take on new responsibilitiesWell-developed time management and organisation skillsWhy work for CRG?
